File a case at NCDRC when the value of goods or services paid and compensation claimed is more than 2 crore. Include details of parties, facts of the case, cause of action, legal basis, evidence, affidavit, limitation, and claim for refund, compensation, interest and cost. NCDRC has original jurisdiction to entertain complaints and appellate jurisdiction to hear appeals and revisions in certain cases. Currently, the District Commission has jurisdiction to entertain complaints valued up to 50 lakh. State Commission above 50 lakh and up to 2 crore. The National Commission has jurisdiction to entertain complaints valued above 2 crore.
