Answer:
The National Commission has jurisdiction to entertain consumer complaints as per the proviso to Section 47(ii) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where the value of the goods or services paid as consideration exceeds 2 crore. NCDRC also has appellate and revisional jurisdiction to entertain appeals and revisions from orders passed by the State Commissions in certain cases as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
